Goods & Services Tax (GST) Updates

The option to claim refund of Excess Balance in Electronic Cash Ledger-[GST RFD-01 A] gives "System failure" error on submission..... And I was reassured by the GST helpdesk guy, that even after the submission there are no timelines for refund to bank......infact the GST refund claimed for the exports are also not refunded to the bank, he informed.....

So, BJP has left no stone unturned to harass the common man.....
 
Maharashtra VAT site is down from 3 days (www.mahavat.gov.in)

But nobody seems to be bothered!!

You can not download or upload old returns or C/H/I forms at all.

This same site (all 4 IP addresses are same) is also used for Mahatrashtra GST (www.mahagst.gov.in)

which they said they will launch today!!

But its down!

Finally they shifted MahaVAT to new servers. (managed to download some H forms)

They also seem to have launched new MahaGST site but its not opening (only page title is coming not the page itself)
