As per their official G+ post Nexus 4 and Nexus 7 (with mobile data) have to wait. Mine is Nexus 7 3G but no update available yet.

Google just posted factory images and binaries of 4.4 for all eligible devices including Nexus 4 and Nexus 7 with mobile data. OTA update has not yet started for both devices though.
