I updated the N4 with wugfresh toolkit to krt16o. there was a mismatch of baseband version .84 vs .97 Now krt16s is not happening through wugfresh or adb sideload. There is a verification error. I guess I will have to wait for the OTA

Flash the correct modem via fastboot?Cuz if the baseband is different the ota will fail too. Learnt it the hard way.

No OTA on my Nexus 7 2012 WiFi. So, side loaded android 4.4.

KitKat is definitely way too faster than Jellybean. Can feel the differences even on Dalvik. Haven't tried ART yet.

I havent seen much improvements from 4.3 apart from few visual differences. 2012 n7.

CM11 at the moment. Because that's the only ROM which has all the fixes for the Galaxy Nexus.
