google has not released any official statement. the posts made on plus and twitter were removed. i would imagine that it would at their major centers in usa where they can keep an eye on possible issues on a wider usage. this is good as they can fix any major bug before a general public release. i wonder if i would be willing to delay my purchase of a new android phone if the ICS experience on nexus s turns out to be good.
not really. i find nexus s too slow now and the camera is not very good. a friend of mine is pushing me to go for Galaxy note instead of galaxy nexus. galaxy note has a fabulous battery life. can last for 2 days easily on normal usage. and of course has a better camera.
Well, if u ask me, i too wud push u for a note. If i had known that Note:1) Was coming just a few weeks from the day i bought my piece &2) Was priced at around 33-34k,I wud have surely waited & gone for it. I was pegged back just by the speculation around its pricing. I didnt even bring it into the equation, coz v were speculating it cud b priced around 1k$, or atleast 800-900$.But nonetheless, i m not disappointed with the phone i own now!
i am not sure if Galaxy nexus is pocketable already. i mean nexus s is 'just' 4 inch. and it barely fits in my jeans pockets. and i take it out while i drive because i am afraid that i might damage it during the process of driving. galaxy nexus is 4.65" which is already significant larger. galaxy note of course is in a different league with a 5.3" display!
