There was a campaign too asking Google to consider Kaju Katli over Key Lime Pie.

exactly. that stupid campaign alone killed the charm for this name for me. i actually had no idea kaju barfi is actually called kaju katli. had to google to find out what it was in the first place.
also i think the campaign was started after key lime pie was already making news all around. or maybe i heard about it at a much later stage.

Haha neither I had the idea about Kaju Katli and Kaju barfi being the same. The Campaign was too lame. And I guess it started around at the same time when Key Lime Pie rumors had emerged.
