Android Web View. I am on beta stream. Not facing any issues. Got an update few hours ago. But I use pwas. I assume they don't use web view... Would have to see what app would be using android web view

Yes ICICI Bank sent a notification today that android system web view should be updated to stop/prevent crashes.
