My GMail widget (since yesterday) sometimes doesn't show emails until I manually refresh it. Mails load perfectly on opening the app though. Could be related to this outrage or just a coincidence?

Gmail Widget on Android? I stopped using it after I never found it to be up to date.

It never showed the latest emails? I personally do not keep sync on so I get it.

Oh okay. For me this has been happening since yesterday only - not loading the latest emails in the widget.

Even when I had updated Gmail manually, the widget continued to show old results lol.
They would have done a better job by using a web app widget instead.
