Chrome Dev Editor (CDE) is a developer tool for building apps on the Chrome platform - Chrome Apps and Web Apps. You can write your apps in CDE using JavaScript or Dart, and use Polymer for building your own HTML elements. CDE also has inbuilt support for Git.
