Bcuz Google store can't play those tricks and rather would route those through these retailers. They'll price it at 50-55K, throw in a cash back of 5-10k and offer a 15% additional discount to make the consumer believe that he is getting a wow deal that he wouldn't have imagined in his wildest dreams. Apparently, the sales won't kick of if they make the pricing plan simpler by just pricing it b/w 40-45K w/o discounts as always "We Want More".
