I've switched on The Google Plus auto backup cause I was finishing my Dropbox storage.
It started backing up all my existing photos and videos. I clicked on Cancel Upload and it starts again.
Can't I just make it backup all new photos and videos I take from NOW on?

Nope. You are not copying photos to Google+, your are backing them up. Delete the photos from the phone if you only want future photos to be stored on Google+.

Because of how awesome Auto Awesome is, I would suggest you to upload everything you have on Google+ :tongue: And get amazed by features like Stories etc.

But I don't want them to duplicate. I already have them on Dropbox....

never hurts to have multiple online backups of your photos.

I know. But....
It eve backs up what I get on WhatsApp and the pics downloaded from 9gag...
I haven't checked the local folder option.

Your other option is to move existing photos to another folder. And disable backup of local folders. Apparently you cannot select individual folders.

The point is I disabled backup of local folders and they still uploaded.
