I am a Google+ user now but I added few of my friends on circles and posted something on stream and share with that particular circleThey didn't received any invite..... I did this a day before.... and one of them received it after 10-15 hours Can anyone has any alternative to invite friends on Google +

Doesn't work for me. i got the invites from you (Syed and Sushubh) , but when i click on 'Join Google+' , it gives me the page where it says its in limited field trial.!
