not on my account yet. actually from what i see... they had plans to launch it tomorrow. but eweek revealed it today in a post. and they had to launch it somewhat earlier than expected. there was a tweet online cursing eweek from posting about it. techcrunch guy posted that they have been playing with it for weeks now and it was to arrive sometime in September.

I got the Priority Inbox...seems a bit like Multiple inbox (of Google labs) feature.

I got it..

but I still see messages marked as "important" in everything else section instead of important section.

the feature still says "beta" so must be bit buggy.

ohhhh.. i think they put only UNREAD message in "important" section...

so effectively it nullifies the use of feature (unless i manually star the msg)

because once we READ the msg it goes in everything else section... so in future, u again have to look whole inbox instead of finding it easily.

ok.. just checked the settings.. u can change the way ur sections are shown. so u can add a section containing important msg even if read.

Priority inbox is active in all of my gmail accounts. admin, you might have got it now. So no complaints against Google
