Increasing Download speed
install usb or mobile suite/software. but dont connect it from that soft.
open Internet explorer options (open IE7>tools>options)
select connections tab click add type *99# in dial up phone number and connection name any click connect it may take some time if it did not connect disconnect through network connections and click connect it will now connect and give you 3mbps non stop.
Settings for my 3g mobile
in device manager choose your modem(may work with usb modem) right click > properties in advanced tab type AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","bsnlnet" in extra initialization commands.

type about:config in address bar
type all names below and change to what is below
network.http.pipelining.maxrequests; change to 250
network.http.pipelining; change to true
network.http.proxy.pipelining; change to true
nglayout.initialpaint.delay; change to 0
For disconnections problem
download reconnect from
http://www.download.cnet.com/ReConnect/3000-2648_4-10560013.html
its will reconnect when the line disconnects automatically.
