I have been going to gym for about 3 months now, trying to reduce my slowing increasing belly. It involves doing cardio one day and general weight training the next. And more importantly reducing the amount of rice I take everyday, it has been months since i had a good meal of Idlis and Dosas :mad: Just thought I could start a thread for all those who are working out/suffering at their gym like me, to share their experience.
 
Me too doing workouts not in GYM in house, i had dumblles in my house. I am also doing ABS workout, its very hard to reduce the my small belly. :(
 
I have managed to reduce by tummy by 3 inches in four months, its not great progress, but thats all i could manage :(

Are you doing cardio, its very difficult to reduce tummy by abs exercise alone
 
I come from a family where all members are skinny. My stomach though keeps increasing in size like the priests of tirumala. I have a habit to staying in neutral position after a heavy meal. Im doing 50 push up's every day so that's helping a bit.
 
Running or swimming is the best way to burn those excess fat. Exercises could help but not to the level of running.
 
i'm following a very good diet plan these days. has helped me reduce 4 KG & 1 inch in 2 months.i know its not much but i have a BMI of 25 now, so it is going to be difficult to reduce weight drastically.just wanna loose 6 KG & 2 more inches, dont mind following the diet plan for another 4 months if i can achieve that because that would be a BMI of 23, good enough for me :dance:
