I have been going to gym for about 3 months now, trying to reduce my slowing increasing belly. It involves doing cardio one day and general weight training the next. And more importantly reducing the amount of rice I take everyday, it has been months since i had a good meal of Idlis and Dosas
Just thought I could start a thread for all those who are working out/suffering at their gym like me, to share their experience.
