Hanging of stb model -1

I HAVE STB MODEL 1. (MADE BY HUNDAI) BUT I AM FACING PROBLEMS WITH IT(HANGING PROBLEM).:hysterical:

CAN ANYONE PLZ TELL

1) WHETHER MODEL 2(MADE BY UEC) HAVE SAME PROBLEMS.

2) HOW TO GET MODEL 1 CORRECTED OR REPLACED ?

get it replaced... i am using MODEL2 and it never has hanging problem but it has a voice humming problem :rofl:reliance has its own unique features - BIG PROBLEMS

I am also expriencing the same problem over and over.when contacted the CC they replied our engineer will come to your place and sought it out, but it is no use.
