Has anyone else been moved from public IP to NAT by BSNL Broadband in recent days?

yes now they providing @lfmt.in due to which our IP address is static one...
i got Lfmt username with static IP :(
i tweeted them a lot , visited exchange several times even contacted NIB ( yes really ) got call from SDO NIB , he is also unaware how to disable LFMT ... they were unable to provide me dynamic IP ..
so it seems like all these things happen from Bangalore NIB , coz main link of BSNL India is there ..

Well with BSNL happy browsing offer everything is unlimited, and ping is btw 75 to 85 ms
check this - Screenshot and my ip starts from 117.xxx.xxx.xxx , Total charges = 2950 for the airgrid + 849 for the 10 Mbps plan security deposit, all the amount is refundable and the installation is free.

So bsnl happy browsing offer works on this wireless broadband too..
One more query... Is this give DYNAMIC ip ?
 
I have applied for FTTH connection, asked the engineer about CG NAT and he said that every new customer is put on CG NAT. He said static IP service will solve this.
 
I got the connection after 15 days of struggle, speed is near 36mbps on 40mbps plan. My public IP and IP address in modem are the same. IP range is 103.194.14X.XXX which I don't think anyone on this forum has with BSNL, maybe specific to Nagpur.
Salesperson gave me a number for BSNL engineer and the engineer told me that there is no other IP pool for BSNL FTTH connections in Nagpur and everyone has the same routing so I am not sure what to do about my high pings to International servers.


EDIT: sent NIB an email, they fixed the ping in 30 mins
