@Dark_Nate : something too much weird is going on BSNL ends speed.measurelab speed test are showing 10 Dl 30+ Ul but when I resumed my other downloads from international server they are blazing at 100 mbps??

Torrent Speed is not the right metric to test your internet speeds. No matter if it's good speed or bad.

1. Torrent is not the way you can say if the speed provided by an ISP is poor or good.
2. Speeds from any international or other city servers are also not adhere to good speeds.
3. According to DoT/TRAI, Speed from ISP to ISP's node should be full and must match.

For local ISPs(apart from BSNL) it is 100 DL 150+ UL.(speedtest).Sorry mate a noob here, but speed is blazing good for my use right now?

If international speed are good doesn't it mean that everything is going good on ISPs side? Also international speed is fully saturating my connection

If International Speeds are Good but if the Local Speeds are bad. It's def. a problem like it's common in Jio because they are working on routing all the time.

NOW speeds are back to <100 KB/sec :P, I ain't gonna fret over mucch on this anymore. Seems like BSNL is in mood to troll me

Haha. There is some issue in your backend but don't talk to them about torrent. It makes no sense to them at all. Talk to them like a user who is sure that speeds are poor on speedtest.net.

@Realme P2P is not a speed test dude. There are too many variables to account for. If you want speed tests, use the normal speed test sites or FTP.
