Has problem with D-link 502-T resolved?

I wish to buy an adsl modem for my MTNL broadband connection.Can someone please tell whether the problem with D-Link 502-T has been resolved. It used to disconnect earlier very frequently.Can i buy a new lot of 502-T. Or should i wait for their new products 302C??

Hi, If you are talking about the GLB 502 T, then I still have the same one and it works fine, whenever I use it. It, I believe had a firmware problem. I had raised hell with D-Link and they flashed it with a new version, not available on the site. It gave me no problems after that. Check their site, they must have released it by now or udated their new ones with this one. Tip: why don't you go wireless...beats those long wires or remaining in a fixed position. Wireless modems are pretty cheap now.:thumbsup: Cheers....
