Will Airtel D-Link 502 T work on BSNL?

Hi friends,Recently like many airtel user I also lost double speed at night (256kbps/1249 plan). So I shifted to 64kbps/399 plan and applied for BSNL home 500. I got BSNL phone in 5 days but at my place router/modem is not available before a month. Moreover I've to give double rent for 2 modems.Please tell if I can use my D-Link router given by Airtel in day time and same with BSNL for night unlimited?I called up BSNL CC and those villager sitting told "hmm, wait, let me check, hang on, we'll call back... yes you can but we don't give tech supoort to modems other then what is supplied by us, so if you can configure, go ahead". Please tell what to do? How to configure?Regards.

right. any regular modem should work as long as you can set it up properly... now, i wish we had a page on the India Broadband Wiki for this setup!
