Hathway Broadband launches Docsis 3.0 Ultra High speed network

Hi All, Any idea if Hathway will provide the docsis 3.0 broadband connection for a single flat in a building, especially if there is no existing hathway cable connection, Thanks
Additional Info: We have InDigital cable connection(STB) in the house provided by the local cablewala.

Thanks alot Shethsa. Multiple vendors are already there in our building so I don't think that should be a problem.
I had called their call center today and they said that someone from Hathway will get in touch with me within 48 hours.
I'm planning to go for the 50GB plan as being a heavy user, i think it will be most cost effective. With those kind of speeds though, I doubt if even that will be enough?
Sorry if this has already been mentioned before, but I just learnt today that if you go for 1 year subscription, the installation fees of Rs.1000/- are waived off.

I'm waiting for the rep from hathway to come by and collect documents/payment etc. I have not received a call or anything from them. When I do call their sales dept up, they tell me they've transferred the case to the engineer who will contact me.
Anyone has a number I can call on to follow this up? (Normal Sales/Broadband lines are practically useless)

Reading your case, I doubt that call is coming anytime soon in the next 48 hours so I better plan to visit their office, Thanks

Thanks Gagan, will surely do so. Right now i'm dreading taking the time and going all the way to their office to get things kick-started.
I wonder whats with the crappy sales call center and dis-interest on Hathways part to sign-up new customers.

worst part of having hathway connection is their customer care executives.. had a long chat with them about the usage thing and they are dumbest people for sure..
anways does anyone know how does their current usage counter works on mqr.hathway.com .. does it shows the data that i've consumed on 50mbps speed only ? or all of it ? ( on 1mbps also) , i mean how do i keep track of the usage..
