@ajuravi, i am experiencing a problem in hathway stb , every ten minutes the sound gets struck, do u experience this problem and wht is the model of stb u are using , i am using Cisco stb

I am also using Cisco STB ...........some times i face some qudio problems in Times Now, Discovery, Animal Planet................where either i dont get the sound in some of the channels or else i might get 2 audio feed such as english and hindi in the same channel............if you expereience such problem..........in the remote click onto a setting button or one more button which starts with O i believe by pressing you will get to see the audio setting and with the help of navigation keys change option of Language into english and in the audio out put setting try to change to LEft, right, Mono or stereo........then i think the audio problem of yours might be solved.......

I have done it , but the picture and the sound get strucked evry 10 minutes., but in normal cable all channels are perfect..

One more problems sometimes i face is that audio feed some times comes late where the video comes first or vice versa...........but that happend some time back but not now for me........... Apart from that i dont have any issues........

Me too experienced that problem i think the problem is with the STB , Hathway first use to give Humax STB which is the best but now they are giving Cisco STB..

Since now they are giving STB at low cost to the customers the quality of STB is also not good ................

Only the problem is with the STB otherwise i cannot find problems in anywhere..

I dont thing this problem is only with STB alone there might other reasons but at this point of time i dont have any issues with Hathway STB...........

I called the Cable operator he said he will come and check the line and stb , and if there is a fault he says he will get me a new STB .
