Hatway fibre router and other secondary routers

Hi,

I recently got a hatway connection at my house and cant seem to connect to the internet at sometimes. Even on my wifi devices i have to everytime forget network and reconnect to be able to browse.

I have their fibre router. And have connected other TP-Link routers accross my house via lan cables. I suspect a IP conflict but cant confirm and hatway engineers have been of no help.

Any advice
