Yes.. I believe you can get non-popular brands from 250 onwards (maybe local electronic market you can check) ... If you want average brands like intex/iball... you can get decent models at 700-800 ...

Sennheiser IE8 for Rs. 19999 only. Best bang for your buck. I am rocking them for 2 years. Absolutely sturdy.

Chill yaar.
I only suggest to go for Sennheisers. Stretch your budget to 1000, but they are totally worth it for their warm luscious sound.
