@sling_dong dual band Huawei onu is hard to find.
You can get dual band Syrotech , Netlink combo onu but that might not be better than having onu in bridge mode with some good dual band. TP-Link /Tenda/ etc router.
Expect price for new router to be around ₹2000.

will this modem-router below help in getting about 80-90% of the plan speed ?

It's not that simple the lco need to register the onu's serial number on the olt and some onu work with some olts where as some doesn't if you want to go through all that hassle, surely go ahead and buy one.

I am fine with the hassle as long as I get the full speed. My current modem is single band Netlink, so a double band NETLINK which I buy will also surely be compatible with the OLT, no?

Why not? He should give me the correct plan speed or atleast 80% and if not I can complain to his manager. I don't want to waste money on an extra router, I am not Bill Gates !

You'd get the promised speed over wired connection even with that ONT. If not, it's not an ONT issue, even if you change it you won't see an increased speed.

Nobody guarantees speed over wireless.
