Here's the config which O bought for rs 31,000 without monitorIntel Core 2 duo e 6300Intel 965P mobo( made by Asus)Nvidia 256MB LE Graphics card( why didnt they put in GS here)512 MB DDR2 RAmLightscrive dual layer DVD writer160GB SATA 2 HDDMultimedia Keyboard and optical mouseThis is a Compaq configU will get worse config at higher price from Dell. Plus u wont get the option of NOT buying Windows with itU can get the same config at a bit lesser price for asssembled thing( maybe around 29000 or so)

Hey just now i purchased a laptop in Dell as the same config u mention.. but u cant dream this much heavy config in such less price.. i bought it for 63K.... but one thing inreally ROCKS............. i love my CUTE RUGGED DELL

See basically Dell is cool,a little expensive though it does have a bad customer service until you go for a "Complete Cover"...my friend bought it for 3 years for 21k...dats like 7 a year...which is SHIT expensive ............ But still overall it is quite sexy ......HMmmmmm.....i heard HP being the largest but HP overtaking Dell....hmmmmm

yes sire. HP is now the largest PC manufacturer in the world. Dell got screwed cos they remained stuck with Intel and Windows. Now they are showing some interest in launching more linux powered machines. and they have also launched some amd powered machines.too late.
