thank you so much for the reply i have some lame query?in network connection folder of my pc i have got three icons one is wavenet that i guess is the dialer for exattnet then for lan there are 2 icons one which says local area connection (Realtek RTL8139 Family PCI Fast Ethernet NIC) firewalled then there is a network adapter 1394 connection then i did the above changes in the realtek properties then i started dc++ and in quick connect i entered 10.12.4.198 it said the target machine actively refused What to do?
