High end Android device with max 4.5 inches screen?

A friend wants to be a high end Android device but wants a small screen. His budget is not an issue. Basically he wants one with specs like the Nexus 4 or the S3 but with screen size of not more than 4.4 or 4.5.Any suggestions?

Samsung only has two phones with quad core CPUs i.e. S3 and Note2.

The processor on Atrix HD is dual core. Abhishek's friend is looking for specs similar to Nexus 4 and S3, so I assume he's looking for quad core CPU.

I don't see how that would matter. The performance of the S4 is more or less as good as the Samsung GS3

Atrix HD has Snapdragon S4 Plus with Adreno 225 GPU. I'm pretty sure it is weaker than S3 in the GPU department. Correct me if I'm wrong.

if his friend knew/was interested in GPU benchmarks, he'd already know what phone to buy. My point was that for a person just looking for a snappy phone, it won't make any difference.
