High end Android device with max 4.5 inches screen?

I had read somewhere that Adreno 320 is twice as fast as 225. Wouldn't that affect gaming performance (visible performance issues like frequent frame skips) and not just benchmarks? If the guy is a casual mobile gamer, it won't matter.

I am yet to see Android games stressing Adreno 220 enough, leave alone 225.

Basic things I need is
4.3+ inch display but less that 4.7 inch
1 GB RAM, Dual Core
GPS with Glonass
Gorilla glass
8MP+ cam AF
HD record would be advantage
OS can be WP8 or Android 4.0 +

Thinking of s2, andthing better than that?

Motorola Atrix HD again... About quad core and dual core...It really doesn't matter that much...You won't feel a thing different!!And about GPU...If he wants a Nano Computer in hand..then its fine he can really check the series of GPU and all...Or hes really Tech freak!!
