@Firephoenix Drop static IP and buy new one. Keep doing this till your pings are stable. Even I have increased pings but my current gateway gives me 1Gbps thats why I am not changing. Your issue seems more of a optical power issue.

Yeah my power comes at -27.88 dBm, I have been raising complaints for the same using My Airtel app as someone told me that the local guys can't close the complaint until they have acceptable power in the line, each time what local guys do is they disconnect my internet for 1 min and then increase the power somehow to -18 dBm for 10-15 mins and calls me to check the power, takes the service code from me, closes the complaint and then power again goes down to -27.88 dBm after few mins.

I observed this thrice now, today 5 mins back again he did the same thing and asked me the service code, I told him that I'll give the service code in the night after observing the power for few hours and then he was like sir even we have to go home, I told him go home the connection is stable now so what's the problem in waiting for few hours and then I asked him that how many times you'll do malpractices like this and then he was like we know sir this is wrong but the LCO doesn't help us so we can't do anything.

I told him that fine then even I am also not giving service code until you get the power fixed either by yourself or by LCO, these guys are being paid completely each month still dodging responsibilities and every time I raise the complaint these guys reschedule it to after 3 or 4 days.

Btw how are they increasing the power to -18 dBm for few mins? And can't they do it on permanent basis if they are doing it somehow for few mins?

@nishantt6969 why don't you just take a ping and tracert screenshot of both v4 and v6 on Airtel & Jio? You can pin point the problem very quickly. Otherwise we're just going around in circles. :D And yes, what happens is if the site doesn't have a v6 address the browser has to fall back to v4 and that can cause a minor lag in load times.

@nishantt6969 are you using same computer and browser for both connection?

Browser like chrome has a page pre loading option enabled by default which gives the impression of links, website being loaded fast...

@nishantt6969 See the difference between v4 and v6 trace route hops. IPv6 is faster which means falling back to v4 may be causing a delay in loading the site.
