high ping to europe

from 1 week i am having high ping to europe i used to get 130-140 ping nw its 290+ do anyone this kind of problem?

I also have same problem. 290+ ping to Europe.
It changed from 2015 January month.

What happend Beam , please solve this...

There has been a submarine cable cut off the coast of Mumbai; all internet data from India to Europe is being routed through the Pacific/US; so the pings have increased.

It will be fixed by 27th feb or the first week of march... ofc the ISP should tell us this but think they don't understand what latency is

I searched for that problem, and i found this in wikipedia
4 February 2015 fault
Unconfirmed reports state that there is a "Sea Cable Cut on SMWE4 submarine East Segment which affect with high latency towards all Asian destinations" and they have further indicated that the estimated time to fix this issue is the 6th of March 2015
