High Pings in MTNL

For last few days i have been getting high pings for MTNL though internet speed is good from PC the high are affecting from router which has dd wrt flashed on it.

Any advise how can i push MTNL to look at high pings problem ? How do i explain them considering they understand what pings are :001_tt2:

I used to get 15 ms pings in Speedtet Mumbai server. But now pings are back to mid 30s. Your ping is too high.
Did you make sure that your DNS are 59.185.3.10 & 59.185.3.12?

Exactly I cant express your feelings I was wanting to start a thread myself glad you have done it.
