High pings on Airtel Xstream Broadband?

I get best pings with 27.xx.xx.xx 117.xx.xx.xx and 122.xx.xx.xx, dire pings with 171.xx.xx.xx and 106.xx.xx.xx
noticed that Airtel doesn't change your ip if you don't reboot your router which is great if you use DNS redirection services.

The new ip series 27.58.xx.xx was providing excellent pings in November first 10 days(Singapore - 61 ms) but now its reverted to slower pings. Even browsing experience especially youtube is sluggish now.

pings on higher side and speed is not constant either.

Response time is slow as well e.g twitter loading, insta videos and comments, I am experiencing certain delay. Airtel isn't doing its best at the moment. It was good when i got the connection but not anymore. Fiber is not for downloading videos only.

I read somewhere - Jio adding 1lac customers per month and airtel just 10k and still Airtel's customers facing issues with pings and speed.

check fast.com once and check it again, you will see around 50 Mbps speed on 100Mbps connection.

I just feel Airtel isn't ready at all and not upto the mark to jio.
