High Pings on Railwire

@hihfhyu74 I called the customer care yesterday, they were completely unaware about such plans. They said to me that plans mentioned on the Railwire website are only available. He was saying to me it will cost 1999₹ for 20 mbps plan. Now what should I ask the MSP when customer care is denying?

Sorry for late reply.
Yes, talk to them, and ask them about these plans. If they also say that it is not available, then unfortunately you are in bad luck.

Btw, does Railwire in your area run on fiber?

Forgot to mention, I talked to my LCO few days back. He told me that he will provide me the new plans. Lets see what happens next, my plan is expiring tomorrow.

Whenever he tells you the new plans, if any of the plans match any in the images, just show them this image and tell the LCO that customer care gave some official's number, and then he sent you this pic... They will surely check it then 😜

@sidhartharoul yes. I was using 10 Mbps 150 GB FUP plan (₹586 GST included). But I got it upgraded to 20 Mbps unlimited plan which is ₹700 after GST after talking to my LCO.

Railwire is costly in Odisha, rest in almost all the parts of India it's priced same .

I am from Jharkhand, paying 950rs for 50mbps no data cap .

They have updated their plans few days back, since my usage is not that High, will switch to FUP plan.

Again ping are very high to mumbai servers now. Not sure when they are going to fix these issues.

Looks like a bandwidth limitations issue.

Plans look good. If they provide these plans in Odisha I will switch over to ₹499 - 25 Mbps 750 GB FUP plan. Don't know why Railwire is providing stone age plans in Odisha circle even in neighbouring state they are providing good plans.
