High Quality XPON ONT/ONU for BSNL, Airtel, Jio and other ISPs

Currently, I have a BSNL FTTH for my Auditing Office. I am fed up with the garbage Netlink HG323RGW provided by the LCO. It can't handle 6 PCs and 4 CCTV Cameras connected in LAN, 8 Laptops and 12 mobiles connected through Wi-Fi. All the Data is shared through a File Sharing PC. So, I decided to buy TP-Link Archer AX72 Pro or TP-Link Archer AX73 Router and a XPON ONT/ONU.

I came across many models like
TP-Link XZ000-G7
Digisol DG-GR6010
Digisol DG-GR6011
SY-GPON-1010-DONT
NETLink V2801D
NETLink HG322G

What XPON ONT/ONU should I buy? I decided to buy TP-Link XZ000-G7. But that doesn't have TEC Certification. Will that be an Issue? I may change my ISP to Airtel or Railnet or Jio in the future. So, I want the ONU/ONT to be compatible with all the ISPs. I want the best quality one. Are there any with metal build?
Please suggest any other XPON with best build quality.
 
This ONT of yours will work fine in bridge mode just give it a try. Disable WiFi, DHCP, and do PPPoE using your AX72 Pro or AX73. The XZ000-G7 can cause issues because of TEC certification as BSNL enforces it in may regions. You should give above setup a try if still then you want another ONT, buy DG-GR6011 (1G+POTS Ports) or SY-GPON-1010-DONT (1G+POTS Ports) or SY-100R (1G Port only no tel.).

@Mohan Kumar No need for buying another ONT.
Set/Configure your connection as bridge and connect any of the best routers you want.

I own a Netlink HG323DAC it's performance is not at all stable so I decided to do the bridge more in it and connected to my openwrt router and the connection is flawless.

If you want to the bridge mode you primarily need to do is change the wan mode route to bridge and configure the pppoe details in the router & lastly call the LCO for the MAC address Reset or sometimes cloning MAC address should work

When you bridge your current ONT, you're using it just for converting optical signals to electronic signals, you're using no other capability of that ONT.
All the routing and wireless functionality will be handled by the new high-end router you choose to connect to the ONT after bridging it, so it is certainly a viable solution.
Give it a shot and if you're not satisfied, you can certainly buy one of the other XPON ONUs you listed.
