high speed plan but slow internet

i have 200mbps plan of airtel fibre and ont is directly connected to pc with cable . Now it has been 2 days it feels speed is not even 20mbps , 4k video on youtube struggles to buffer. what should i do? I do not know how but speedtest.net always says speed is precise

Could be packet loss? Try pinging 1.1.1.1 for an hour in cmd using "ping 1.1.1.1 -t". You should also do speedtests to intl servers on speedtest.net (Singapore for example).

Because it's their job to provide at least 80% of the claimed bandwidth.
