The best way is using a LAN network.You require a Network Interface Card(NIC) on both the computers.It will cost around 200 Bucks each.Then for broadband you need a two or more LAN Port modem cum router.BSNL offers a four port modem cum router with Wifi for Rs 1800.Then you need to connect both of computers using LAN cable to the modem cum router and setup a network connection using Control Panel.
