How accurate is tracing IP location from a email header?

Hire a hacker, pay him to set up a good enough rat with an email.

Send it to the person, it will let you know everything.

OK i was doing whois lookup.It appears that whois lookup shows banglore for all BSNL ips. So Ludhiana cud be right answer

I understand that but figuring an originating country, would that be a problem too? Philippines cannot be easily passed as India, if you know what I mean, right?
