How do I enable bridge mode in this thing?

Today I am able to put it in bridge mode. Here is how-
1) Factory reset my fibrsol onu.
2) Asked BSNL to delete the mac as the onu was routing traffic.
3) Enable iptv settings in my TP-Link router in where I was able to put vlan id for internet. I use random number for other vlan( I don't need them).
4) Set the tplink in PPPoE mode and It works.
Just to make sure it was the iptv config , I disable iptv which wipes the vlan and it doesn't work.
Now my loaded ping is 50ms and unloaded is 2. Loaded ping was 500 ms before, so i think it was a success.

So I'm not the only one suffering from Bufferbloat

Here is my result from Bufferbloat. Yes, I did some tuning and have my router (TP-Link), switch (tp-link), and Wi-Fi 6E (tp-link). The only ONT (RH821GWV-DG ) is from BSNL. The test was done over Wi-Fi.

That's with QoS right. I don't think TP-Link is that great at managing the Bufferbloat.
Before, the Bufferbloat was even lesser than the one you shared with QoS.
I've received A with flying colors on the cheap BSNL ONT in route mode tbh.
Nowadays it sucks

Update--- home internet is down from Wednesday. System log shows 'unauthorized mac'. Call the fiber man. He released the mac so I reconfigured in bridge mode but it still stuck on unauthorized mac. Next day he released the mac again ( as stated by him "24 Hour cooldown") so I dialed in with the onu itself ( onu in route mode) and still 'authentication failed'. so now both bridge mode and route mode don't work. Out of curiosity dialed in my work pppoe credentials in the onu with vlan id and it worked ( obviously asked the fiber man for a mac release ). Now tell me guys what is the issue here, I am clueless !

Try with a different router maybe.

Unauthorised mac on your router logs PPPOE authentication failed "Unauthorised MAC"?
Or in the LCO/BSNL people app? Do ask LCO what it shows on their app once.
Using TP-Link MAC for PPPOE is the worst thing which you can do right now to be honest.
