^^Yes.it is hard to pull the card out? and am afraid that it may get damaged and am not used to smartcard reader

I have this strange problem yesterday!when i was browsing through the channels,suddenly the STB got restarted! :S So,I did a firmware upgrade via sun's STB and now it seems everything is perfectly fine!.still waiting for activation though!I already getting around 10? channels which are FTA

Dont worry..same thing happened to me..I asked CC people to replace my STB..But they told that they r not having the provision to change the STB's..I think it happens to me initially but now it is working fine for me..U pls wait for another 2-3 days if the problem persist then contact u r distributor..
