How is Dwarka Sector 8?

Planning to buy a 2 BHK at Dwarka Sector 8. already in talks with some prop dealers....

Need suggestion from you guys who are residing there or is well aware of the area..
1) is it safe (comparing to Noida/ Vaishali)?
2) Water crisis if any?
3) Locality?
4) Nearby markets?
5) or any suggestions / feedback you have, pls share.
