How many Airtel Broadband customers here are considering moving to Reliance Broadband?

But Reliance service network is pretty thin. They don't cover all the areas even in a city. Even if a locality is covered they refuse connection if the distance is +120 mts from EDP (what I was told). They can never beat AIRTEL any-time soon & AIRTEL would take this advantage to screw its customer.

Customer care of Reliance is nothing to write home about...

some customer switch to and gave positive review too :P

sometimes it depends on the area engineer and if an area has some sob engineer then obviously service will be flawed..I always avoid any transaction with 2 Reliance as I believe they are not "Reliance" :P

reliance bb customer from last 4 years .... works good for me and main thing i dont want any F *** King FUP ...dont like to go with 256KBPS .... they are giving me 2 MBPS ...@699 ....works great for who dont like FUP

rcom sucks. Period.

PS. More so, because they can't provide me with service :p
They had given me the line after a struggle and now they are taking back their service due to their stupidity.

They prolly won't ever bring their line near my place :( Kinda sucks, that tata are ready to provide me service, but rcom aren't.

Does Reliance thunder plans have any speed issues or anything? I'm planning to switch to thunder 1099

No actually. They are totally FUP free and users here reporting that they're getting full speeds. But only thing that annoys is that reliance connection auto loggs off if there's no activity for 3hrs(?) or more. This kinda sucks if you have wi-fi router.

@x720 same here, tata has got feasibility here but reliance doesn't..just one of the reasons why companies like tata and airtel haven't updated their tariff plans to match reliance... called up one of their engineers, they said PMC isn't allowing them to lay cables. WTF? first of all my society is not within PMC limits..it's more like magarpatta
