All i have is a bank balance of 40k+. I do not Earn I'm Still a student. Getting Credit card will Help me Buy things Easily and the Minimum Bill per month would be a Headache. I am Happy With Axis Debit and was planning to get Credit. It looks like i should probably Satisfy myself with Debit till i earn on myself.

He Already has bad Experiences with ICICI Credit. He vowed not to have Credit Card again.

how come SBI CC people are charging Rs 299 min. for annually for any CC ?

Thats SBI for u.....Govt bank, playing safe. Even if customer manages to avoid interest fees, then too they are assured of receiving this much revenue from every holder.
