ok. i just paid the bill for the previous month. so i am guessing bulk of payments is done. this week and the next few days would be left unpaid. that can be cut from the security they have. would try to apply for disconnection today. let's see how it goes.

Dude took the application. Did not give anything in return. Stupid me did not take a second copy to get stamped. In any case, they usually process the applications related to plan change quite fast so I guess it should be done without any hassles. Though he did say that I would have to give another application after disconnection to get them to issue me a cheque with the remaining security money. Stupidity.

Try checking the selfcare portal whether the request is logged under 'Service Provisions', 'Track my service request'.
