Ok so I submitted the papers, lead status is now shown as "OB allotted", anyone knows what that means?
Also in my selfcare portal, under service request, I can see a new service request to modify the BB plan. The current status of that request is "MDF Done' since 2 days. Again, any idea what "MDF Done" means?
