How to change minor head in the Tax challan

For AY 21-22 I had paid my income tax in the month of May 2021 and made a mistake in choosing the minor head. My ITR was filed in Sept 2021 and ITD slept on it for 6 whole months. My ITR has now been processed on 8th April 2022 with a tax demand because of that mistake.

On checking online how to change the minor head I came across Challan Correction User Manual but obviously this option is not available in live website.

Does anyone know how I can change the minor head?

So I went to AO's office. He asked for chai pani but could not do it because the challan is not visible on their end. They wrote to OLTAS but they told the AO that it can be done by ADG Systems.
Now AO wrote to ADG Systems on 7th June and I have been following up with them but there is no reponse from ADG's office as per AO.

I am told that ADG's office cannot be contacted by general public.

Shall I go ahead an call them on monday?
