BTW. When does BSNL reset the connection? Midnight on 1st of the month? Or randomly through the day?

i can restart session by rebooting the modem? i assume session starts at 2pm when there is an automated daily disconnection?

Its a hit and a miss. Might work, might not. Might require multiple reboots, until your IP changes. FUPed speed has gone on till 4am the next day, max what I've seen.
