How to Clean the Aquarium

I have an aquarium (Fish Tank) 3 feet x 1.5 feet x 1.5 feet. Now the problem is, my area has salty water, so salt in the water is scalled over the Aquarium wall and its very diff to clean the salt scale. Is there any way to clean the salt scale without having any damangs in the Glass. leasehelp:Some suggest me to use the Acid which is used in Toilet to clean the Salt scale. Is that the correct way to clean the sediment? :icry:

I think the acid might damage the glass strength, might make the glass more fragile :wall:

Thanks for your reply. OxiClean is a cleaning Solution like Harpic? If i google Oxiclean it gives Oxiclean Strain Removal Products... :SRep points added :urock:

Use glass cleaners for it or use Easyo Bang(for salt).
