how to convert .menc file?

Before i am using htc mobile on that day i have backup my photos in my pc. now i check that photos to open but that photos are in .menc file format, so unable to open and now i dont have that phone, so how can i convert that photos? any software available? plz help..

Try turning off the encryption:
In your HTC, Go to your System Control Panel and tap on the Encryption icon and uncheck the checkbox. Now create a new folder on the card, then copy and paste the photo folder to the new folder. Now, see if you can view and copy the photos in your computer.
