Hey guys, I called up Shubhendu right now...requested him to upgrade me back to at least 288 Kbps (if not 2 Mbps ). He just ignored it and said, " Haan haan karwa denge" and hung up without even asking for my phone number .

Trying to do this again. Called Shubhendu about half an hour ago. He's outside his office.The official numbers for this (broadband speed complaints) -2331772223317733These are for Delhi only.The guy at this number plainly refused to change speed to 288 (from 256). He said that we can only set plans, speed is automatically synced according to that.This is unbelievable considering that earlier we got it done. And moreover, I was enjoying 2 Mbps on Unlimited plan for a long time. This clearly shows that the departments for plans and speeds are different.
